Laie is under flash flood warning.
One minute it's all sunshine and then bam. You're underwater. And you can't sleep with your windows open anymore because even though you go to bed all warm and cozy, you wake up shivering and damp. And you don't even know how that happened because you've been asleep and your eyes were closed and you were blissfully unaware of all the warnings the weather man gave you. And everyone is splashing in the puddles but you don't want to join because some stains take too long to come out, and your clothes have never been muddy before and you're scared. And the rain is so loud that you can hear it even when you're trying harder than ever to to block it out. So you turn your music up as loud as it gets but that doesn't help because every last song still reminds you of him.
I need to invest in a rain coat.
